The place is so close to everything, it’s a good ubication, the manager is friendly and speaks Spanish too, and the apartment it was clean that’s great.

Great apartments! I have gone three times! Fernando is very sweet and helpful. Excellent location, only a few blocks from Times Square and next to the Empire State. I hope I could go back soon!
Although some quality aspects such as room size, and service are a little iffy. The stay is great for vacationing near the Empire State building. With a view of the empire state buildings lights at night. Quick walk down the street and you are at time square.
The building is old and loud but it was clean and comfy, the owner was helpful.
