Nice hotel. The staff are all very helpful and kind. A high standard of cleanliness and high level of precautions have been taken in relation to COVID-19. I would recommend it to everyone
Very well Decorated Rooms, but they definitely need Better Management and Trained Staff, as the Staff is very Untrained, and Unprofessional, they keep Ringing or knocking your room door and Reminds you the check out time, they should give their guest an extra 10/15 minutes of time, without bothering. And they have Kettles in the Room but No Tea Bags, Coffee, Sugar or anything like other hotels, because they charge 10TL per Small Cups of Tea and deliver them to your room, in a very unprofessional way…
Excellent service and great staff. The hotel in general was amazing and the food was quite tasty. Everything was more than spot on including the room which was very clean and comfortable. I have enjoyed my stay here and I hope I will have the chance to visit again.
Smells strongly of cigarette smoke. The rooms had a lot of dust and hair along the walls and in the corners. The hotel is above a concert venue and even though there wasn’t a concert, we heard a band practicing in the middle of the night.
Everything is very nice. The concept is great. The rooms are clean and beautiful. Thank you golden house????
