Such a fun hotel! Loved the vibe, decor, and hospitality. Super cute and easy access to Madison Square Park.
Beware of the SUPER bright green light on the thermostat. I had to finagle a contraption to cover it in order to fall asleep given it was basically a nightlight.
this place was fine at best. the room is nice but there is no water bottles in room (not even an option to buy)
there is no cup to drink from the tap even if you wanted (also the tap water doesn’t get colder than luke warm)
the people at the front were not helpful at all in those regards and had me filling up extremely small paper cups in the basement gym ….
in regards to getting into Broken Shaker rooftop bar it doesn’t do anything even if you’re paying tons of money to stay at their hotel so make sure to take that into account.
My room card stopped working 6 times over my week stay and would often have to go get it renewed at the front desk which was super super annoying.
Staff was fine. Place was fine. Wouldn’t come back :/
I think the atmosphere is great! But if you are coming for the rooftop they DO NOT have a view. So it is just outdoor sitting.
There are high rising fence that block your view so you are not really seeing anything you are just seated outside (see photo).
The current entrance is on 24th street. The entrance from that area smells bad but you are just walking by and there is frankly not much to do.
The music is great and they have a good selection of drinks and limited meal option.
Nice hotel with a comfortable ambiance and chill vibe. Conveniently located with nice clean and comfortable rooms. It has a couple of onsite restaurants and bars. I definitely would stay there again.
