Very enjoyable stay in this magnificent hotel. The place is amazing, very stylish and historical as well. The bed was amazingly comfortable, it felt like the mattress was giving you a hug.
The concierges are so welcoming that they make you feel special at anytime. They give perfect restaurants recommendations. Emma and her female colleagues are so nice and always cheerful that they made our stay unforgettable, the man is more shy but still very welcoming.
The only thing we can complain about is that even when we had turned the do not disturb switch on, housekeeping entered the room twice.
All in all we are looking forward to be back at the hotel soon and for the concierges thank you again for your top notch service.

We where disappointed about the service. Waited for the waiter to come an unusual long time for such a high standard hotel.
Staff who serve you are amazing friendly.
I also like to mention, when we arrived at 4 Season, the staff at the door where far away not as friendly as we used from spending lots of time in fancy hotels all over the world.

Lovely experience. Just wonderful. If you can, please treat yourself to a night here. Beautiful building, luxury rooms and kind people.
Amazing experience. Went to the spa and had a massage with Maria which was absolutely bliss. The beds are fantastic, had the best sleep ever. Dani restaurant was OK, servir is slow but the food was good. You need to book in advance and ask for a terrace table. Staff are super friendly. Will definitely come back.
This hotel is absolutely beautiful and amazing! It has the best rooftop views of Madrid. Definitely check it out if you are visiting.
It’s also a very historic building as it used to be a bank. They did a great job with maintaining the original architecture.
