Good, nice and quiet
Great staff and service. Room was very clean and overall okay, a few technical issues with the lights and tv but hotel staff were sympathetic and were quick to act.
Good hotel, well located for theatres in the West End. Clean functional room with air condition and comfy bed. Bath room was okay but it was a bit tricky to get in and out the bath/shower combo without being careful. Interesting check in experience using app, unlocking door with Hilton app but lacked a bit of the in person check in experience with information about breakfast times and what time to check out. Pricing upon booking and when checking out did not match, very confusing especially if you are trying to hit thresholds for American Express card offers.
