Our stay at the Dharma Hotel was absolutely perfect. Our room was great, our housekeeper did a wonderful job and the breakfast was more than expected. But most importantly our host Raffaele was absolutely incredible. He helped as we made traveling plans, he even contacted me on his day off to insure I was cared for. I have never experienced service like he gave us.
The staff was INCREDIBLE! They were friendly and welcoming at every interaction. they were helpful in giving useful directions and local knowledge. The room was very clean and modern feeling. The breakfast was filling and gave us the energy for a good day. They went above and beyond to ensure my wife could eat good gluten free food for breakfast. We had a very comfortable stay there and would definitely stay there again when we go to Rome next.
My partner and I were staying for 10 nights in this hotel. The customer service is second to none and they were constantly making sure that everything was up to our expectations. They were very helpful with recommendations on what to do and where to go. The restaurant downstairs from there was simply fabulous, and again, the customer service was stellar. Overall, one of the best experiences I’ve had at a hotel and if in Rome, I would 100% stay here again!
