Very happy with this Hotel, room is big and bed very comfortable, big clean bathroom and the closet big and enough space for our suitcases. Love the service of the men opening the door for us and opening the car door and handled our suitcases well too.
They’ve the most friendly and fantastic hotel staffs I’ve ever experienced. I stayed in this hotel with my parents for 2 nights, however my mom had asthma when she was staying in here (probably because of the air pollution in South China during these days). The hotel staffs gave us late checkout and kindly found an air cleaner for us. Furthermore, they gave us plenty of suggestions about purchasing souvenirs and even helped us to reserve a lunch in another hotel. I strongly appreciate it. Thank you!
Nice clean 5 star hotel. The super king size bed was awesome… Makes sleeping so lovely.
Location is serene , facilities are Okay, staff courtesy & service is not great, food is decent ( Morning live kitchen Chef is one of most client centric person) kudos for him !!
