Overall experience was great. The guest room was signed on a high floor with upgrade to a nice suite that the living room is facing the harbour view which is amazing. The room is very comfortable and clean. The staff service was very outstanding as all staff are very friendly and helpful with warm smile. The dinner buffet at Garden Cafe was very delicious with very good service. We had a very memorable and enjoyable stay for my birthday celebration as the hotel has also provides a nice birthday amenities during our stay. I will definitely come back and stay in this hotel again.
Nothing is interesting at this hotel. Staffs are nice n friendly. Lunch buffet was so great years ago but not much choice n so lousy this time. Breakfast is better.
It is used to be my favorite brunch. I visited there recently and I felt the luxurious is all gone. Including the food quality and service. Kinda disappointed.

Conveniently located. Whole experience was good. The executive lounge, if you do not have access, is definitely worth paying for. My favourite place to stay in Hong Kong.
