  1. I had a wonderful 7 nights stay.
    The staff are friendly and the owner of the hotel is extremely kind and will go to extremes to help your stay comfortable.Nothing seemed to be a bother.
    I was made to feel more than welcome on my arrival and the warm approach continued throughout my time there.
    I hope to return again one day.

  2. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
    I visited this guesthouse for the first time 8 years ago and I keep going back because I have so many great memories. It just keeps getting better all the time. It is in a perfect location to use as a jumping board to go anywhere you want in New York. High Line is a short walk away. The room was very quiet, old-style and comfortable. One of the best gay guesthouses I have stayed at. I love it, and the owners are friendly and wonderful.

  4. My first time there, Although i was the only guest that night, I have to say Gary made my stay very comfortable. He was a great guy to speak to about his place and the long history and memories he and his partner enjoyed there along with great guest. Absolutely will be returning often.

  5. Great location, beautiful antiques and Gary could not be more helpful. Shared bathroom has never been a problem for me. Linen always clean. I have been visiting here for the last 20 years. It’s iconic.
