Called a thousand times and no one picked up the phone. Honesty, If you are not going to serve your customer on the phone lines, please do not publish the phone number. That only makes customer experience worse.
Check-in was smooth.
Room was spacious with nice high view towards the bay & downtown.
Dined in cafe for hotpot, which was value for money. Male waiter (with glasses) offered great customer service.
Kudos to guest relations for offering the cake for our couple stay.
Only downside is the breakfast experience. Our orders were forgotten by the staff who took it down. Ended up other later guests were served before us. We only got our food after the third waiter (in blazer & glasses) came when we called him. No apologies were offered, much less service recovery. Refillable hot drinks were not done even after requests. Pretty disappointing service.

Firstly we had an early check in due to my birthday today. The staff are all friendly and polite giving good directions and explained that my breakfast will be served in the room the next day.The room is so spacious as is the bathroom and the view is fantastic day and night as I could see my old convent school which is being called Chimes now. The room service staff uniform was so smart with a coat and also greeted me Happy Birthday.
Although my stay is not over yet, I will definitely say that everything is so clean and hope to come back soon again before the year ends.

I had an excellent stay here. The hotel staff were exemplary in their daily services.
I stayed a night for staycation. Did not sleep the whole night. I could feel the movements of my boy tossing on the bed. The room was equipped with normal accessories but there was no comb. Will not book again.
