Neighborhood is very concerning and unit was not clean upon arrival. Documented bugs and hair. Forced to find alternate lodgings upon arrival. Booked via expedia and both expedia and the host refused any type of credit or refund. Property is a 2 star at best and definitely not 3.5 stars. Howard Johnson is nicer
The location is great, but you literally sleep under the highway, so noise level is insane. It was announced a room with a double bed, and another one with two double beds. We found two small one meter wide beds (so not double !! Be careful!) The appartement was dirty, the floor sticky and full of dust. Worst of all, we saw two cockroaches. Last but not least, at the beginning of the stay a deposit of 250$ was debited, the company returned us only 100$ pretexting a broken door, which was already like this when we arrived (the cleaning teams thus do not pass??!). Nobody here for checkin, only a message to advise few restaurant, an excuse may be to stole my money, because I am sure that a mail to say “Hi” IS NOT A CHEKIN. To flee absolutely, this company is a scam.
A big scam. When we arrived, the house was dirty (there were very big bugs in the kitchen!!), the cupboard doors were completely dismantled and there was nothing to do the housework. In the end they charged us for everything!!! A huge scandal, to be avoided at all costs. Moreover the apartment is very noisy and the managers very unpleasant!!! Run away!
