  1. Great service, reasonable prices, and perfect for what we needed! All the staff was really nice, and the room we had was great. Would definitely stay here again.

  2. Was my first time to NYC and stayed here, Jessica and the entire staff was super friendly!!
    They were very helpful to all my needs, the young Asian man at the concierge was super nice to..
    The only thing I was a little upset about was, the shower had no pressure!!
    But, over I give it a 99.999999%
    Also
    The bed was super freaking comfortable..
    Best night sleep ever!!

  4. Great Location, Great Staff.
    Taking a shower or giving our infant son one was basically impossible. Room 606 the water is either cold or extremely hot. Told the front desk, nothing was done. 3 days of that on our stay. No problem taking our money but couldn’t fix the water issue. VERY DISAPPOINTED! If your reading this review move on.
