  1. Best western has advertised fully refundable rates. I made a reservation here and decided to cancel less than a week after. It has now been 19 days since I canceled and Best Western is unable to give me an update on the refund. They have told me they have reached out to this hotel management team without a response. Not acceptable.

  2. Just opposite Roma Termini. Friendly staff and great hospitality. They also offered us cloak room service free of cost. Highly Recommend.

  3. Best Western Hotel Royal Santina is a great hotel with an excellent location; close to Roma termini. The hotel is neat and has hand sanitizers almost at every corner. The room was neat and beautiful. The only problem was that we were given a room on the 8th floor and my 5 year old boy is afraid of height. The workers are also kind and polite and the food was delicious.
    I will book this hotel again if I have another appointment in Rome.

    But the banyo in their bathroom needs renovation.
