Food is delicious, hotel is nice, room service is not good
Internet is very bad
appalled and disappointed by the HORRIBLE demeanour of the waiter/person who was in charge of the RESTAURANT. The people at the reception desk were friendly enough, I think they had a change of staff which was the problem. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Also, there was a weird water drain sound in the room which did not go away throughout the night.
The cleaning staff stole my expensive Pandora bracelet when we were out, and the hotel manager did nothing about that.
They even tried to convince me that I lost it, but I was 100% sure that I left it in the room before we went out just in case I wouldn’t lose it.
Terrible experience wouldn’t recommend to anyone!
