Room quality was top-notch, Room service was excellent, came back each day to flawless sheets. There was a blackout in only our room, but that wasn’t a major problem.
The buffet breakfast is amazing, the egg was just right. We had fun throwing leaves off the side of the infinity pool onto the street below, and got poolside dinner of fried rice. Things weren’t too far away either. I’d recommend.
Fantastic modern hotel with luxe furnishings. F&B, complimentary items, facilities and services are all up to expectation. Had my stay and it was delightful. The staffs were all helpful and polite. Rooms are spacious and well designed. I hope the management will continue upkeep the hotel in great condition for many more guests to experience the best of Andaz.
Super nice staff that greeted us at the reception. Her name was Carmen, an assistant manager from the front office. Because it was a special day for us, she gave us a room upgrade with really nice view, and even came up personally to give us a surprise delivery with some food and accessories to celebrate the occasion.
It was really thoughtful, with a handwritten note, that me and my wife greatly appreciated. Room was great, clean, modern and peaceful. Staff here are very polite and helpful. Food, of course, was wonderful as well. A total breeze from check in to check out, would definitely revisit again!
