Great experience from start to finish and a great change to the standard Dubai hotel room in a tower. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, breakfast was excellent and a-la-cart. They even brought a birthday cake and upgraded us to a Creekside view room as a Hilton diamond member. It was like staying in a theme park! Only thing that could have been improved was the AC, it only had one setting and was blowing over the bed.
I loved it!! The rooms Atmosphere traditional style is just AMAZING!! Didn’t like the breakfast too much it was below average for me. I went there on a Monday it was empty but they didn’t offer any upgrades when I asked, one of the issues is that their rooms are very small compared to other average rooms in Dubai.
