Beautiful place! The staff was really friendly, the rooms are very nice. I only stayed for a weekend but I will definitely come back.

Staff are friendly enough, but this is not a hotel, more like a serviced apartment. No service, and they won’t even deliver food to your door. If you order food in be prepared to have to go to the front door to pick it up. Not acceptable for the price of a 5 star hotel.
PLEASE DON’T BOOK!
Terrible service. The supervisor Evelyn So and her stuff were less than willing to help us and we were forced to check out after checking in for several hours only! This is the worst hotel in Hong Kong!
