My experience was PHENOMENAL!! The best hotel in Istanbul hands down. They gave the most friendliest staff and cleanest rooms. The breakfast was delicious and I’ve got a real taste of Istanbul from the breakfast buffet alone.I would like to particularly give a shout out go Berkay for being super accommodating and helping me with my luggage to the hotel and Onur for his recommendations throughout the city and tips on how to be safe in Istanbul as well as a few words of Turkish to pass by. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next trip in stay in Istanbul.
Nice hotel. Positive : location in the very center to reach most attractions. Clean, well designed. The mosque nearby does not make any noise in the morning. Good value for money.
Minuses: in our room there were no air conditioning, only central one. So it is hot in the room in the day time.
I highly recommend to stay in this Hotel. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. Also, the location is just perfect, 5min walk to the metro station and ferryboat.
This is my second time in this hotel and surely not the last.
